Tülay’s Beet Salad

Ingredients

3 beets purple and yellow
1/2 cup walmut
1/2 lemon fresly squeezed juice
1/2 package feta cheese
olive oil, salt, black pepper (to taste)
chopped dill (fresh, garnish)

Instructions

First, peal and cut beets in cubes and season it with salt and olive oil, bake for 30 minutes. Let it cool down. In a serving dish, layer beats, add chopped walnuts, feta cheese and dill. Season it with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
