Tülay’s Beet Salad
- 3 beets purple and yellow
- 1/2 cup walmut
- 1/2 lemon fresly squeezed juice
- 1/2 package feta cheese
- olive oil, salt, black pepper (to taste)
- chopped dill (fresh, garnish)
- First, peal and cut beets in cubes and season it with salt and olive oil, bake for 30 minutes. Let it cool down. In a serving dish, layer beats, add chopped walnuts, feta cheese and dill. Season it with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
