Ingredients

3 cups 3 cups sautéed artichoke
2 cups white beans
1/2 cup chopped scallion and parsley
1/2 lemon freshly squeezed juice
olive oil, salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a salad bowl and mix in lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper. You are welcome to add shaved parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
