Pineapple Sake Smash

Sake cocktails are all the rage – we had to craft a signature TSG recipe. Inspired by a traditional Painkiller, this cocktail gets its creaminess & complexity from the addition of Farthest Star Nigori sake. We are always on the quest for a new delicious drink, and this one is a winner!

About Farthest Star Sake – Located just less than an hour away in Medfield, MA, this “sake station” is one of the 50 authentic sake breweries outside of Japan!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz. white rum
  • 2 oz. nigori sake
  • 3 oz. fresh pineapple juice
  • sprinkle of ground nutmeg (garnish)
  • mint leaf (garnish)
  • pineapple slice (garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice, garnish, and enjoy!
