West 75th Cocktail

The perfect twist on the classic French 75! Featuring Lambrusco, brandy, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, & bitters! This layered drink is fun to make and oh so tasty! Our go to drink for Valentine’s Day! This kit includes, christian brothers brandy, lemon juice, bitters, and lambrusco cans, with the recipe card. The kit comes in a beautiful burgundy box with a silver bow. We also have champagne glasses available for purchase.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz raspberry syrup (see recipe below)
  • 3 oz Frico Lambrusco
  • lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add brandy, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and bitters to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a champagne flute and slowly top with Lambrusco to create a layered effect. Garnish with a lemon twist.
  • *Raspberry syrup: Add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water into small saucepan. Bring mixture to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add 1 cup raspberries, mashing gently. Let mixture steep for 1 hour, then strain out solids. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
