TSG Private Label. We were lucky enough to pick out our own barrel of Mezcal! Comprised of 66% Agave Cuixe, 28% Agave Espadin & 14% Agave Jabali that were all cooked, crushed and fermented together.
Bouquet of cedar and wood. It’s rich and full bodied with hints of charred chestnuts, minerality and veggie roots with a touch of sweetness and a smooth finish.

Mezcal Paloma Cocktail
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Honey Simple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 oz Sparkling Water
- Start by rimming your glass with lime juice and a blend of sea salt/chili pepper. Feel free to skip this step if you're not a fan of heat!
- Add mezcal, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and honey simple syrup into cocktail shaker and SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE!
- Pour into rimmed glass, top with sparkling water, and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
