A note from the winemaker: Trediberri’s Barolo is medium-full bodied with notes of plums, black currants, spice and tobacco. The grapes come from Barolo’s La Morra, and the wine ages for about two+ years in oak barrels giving it body and structure. Let breath for 30 minutes, or cellar for another 10+ years.

Food Pairings: Osso Buco, prime rib and hearty pasta with meat sauces.
