Christophe Thorigny farms about 22 acres in the village of Parcay-Meslay, one of the eight villages included in the Vouvray appellation. His family has owned vineyards in the village for four generations, They have great pride in the Vouvray they produce and it’s no doubt why. Their wines are amazing quality for a reasonable price. Dry, this Chenin Blanc has a nice roundness and viscosity while still maintaining great dryness!

Food Pairings:  Grilled chicken with tarragon, shellfish and grilled seafood and goat cheese on crostini!
