The Chianti Montalbano is fermented in stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve its beautiful aromatics. It has a dark ruby red color, with ripe cherries on the nose and a sweet core of black fruits and dried figs on the palate. Smooth round tannins and a nice fine minerality.
