A note from the producer: Our Papi’s Coquito is an old family recipe passed down to me from my grandmother, Juana Sanchez. Coquito has always had a presence in my family; many debates came from who could make the best Coquito. It could be my uncle vowing that coconut flakes were a necessary ingredient.
