A note from the winemaker: This blend of two vintages was sourced from the finest steep Riesling sites in Piesport. The wine fermented for 1-2 years on the full lees with whole clusters, partially in oak and partially in stainless steel. The Nat cool radiates pure balance and expresses the finest traits of its vintages.

Food Pairings: Pad Thai, spicy coconut curry, sushi, or roasted chicken with vegetables.
