From the Winery: The Monteru Single Grape Brandy was created using an eau de vie made from a single grape variety of Chardonnay from Cognac. It was double distilled in 2014 and matured in refill American and Limousin oak casks until it was bottled in 2015 at 40% ABV without chill filtration. Creamy caramel, Williams pear and slightly floral upfront with honey, herbs and cigars in support.
