A beautiful stunning 2015 vintage. Jessica and Jen love this, which is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. It has a beautiful delicate light pink color. With natural yeast, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 3 years.

It has a gorgeous nose of wild roses. While the palate, gives you slight bready and soft red berry notes. It’s gentle with fine bubbles!

Food Pairing: shrimp and lobster dishes, cheeses and light desserts.
