A note from the distillers: Gold Medal Winner, NY International Spirits Competition 2021 & 2022. This premium bourbon is Connecticut-Made and Connecticut-Grown. It’s Connecticut grain-to-glass! We took our award-winning Straight Bourbon, bottle proofed it to 90 and re-barreled it to expose the proofing water to the barrel’s char. The result is a delicious and complex bouquet of caramels, vanillas, fruits and spices that linger and evolve on the palette.

TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Oak, caramel and vanilla with a slightly minty, pine undertone.

Palate: Spicy oak, vanilla forward with subtle plum and burnt crème brûlée notes.

Finish: Medium dry finish with a wonderful marzipan and popcorn notes.
