LINI 1910 LAMBRUSCO 2006
Founded in 1910 by Oreste Lini, Lini 910 is fourth-generation, family-owned and operated. Lini has produced some of Emilia’s leading wines including the first-ever Lambrusco included in Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Wines of Italy. Made from 100% Salamino, this Metodo Classico is made using the “traditional method” (or “champagne method”) for the production of sparkling wine: A still Lambrusco is produced and then a second fermentation is provoked in bottle. The wine is then aged on its lees until the desired complexity and nuance are achieved.
