Keush Ultra Blanc de Noirs is made from 100% Areni grapes sourced from various growers in Khachik. Aged on the lees for at least 36 months before release, this wine is expressive and complex, with notes of fruits and autolysis balanced by mineral notes and refreshing acidity. Less than 900 cases produced/year.

Food Pairings: Seafood of all sorts, fried foods, as well as young, white cheeses.
