Notes from the winery: Superb, vibrant and fruity naturally sparkling wine or Petnat made with Blaufrankish grown in the organically farmed vineyards in the foothills of eastern Slovenia. No irrigation. No herbicide. No cultivation. Environmentally friendly and sustainable viticulture, with respect for the land. Hand-picked grapes, destemmed and pressed. Settling for 48 hours. Wild yeasts fermentation. Bottling just prior to the end of fermentation. Roughly disgorged after 4-5 months in bottle. Contains sediment. 12% alc.
