Empress Spring Fever Kit
We are taking a gin cocktail to a whole new level with the Spring Fever cocktail. Perfect for mothers day and spring, this cocktail is a beautiful purple color with homemade honey simple syrup and the ever so refreshing fever tree grapefruit sparkling water. Enjoy
- 2 oz Empress Gin
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz Honey Simple Syrup (see below how to make)
- 2 oz Fever Tree Grapefruit Sparkling Water
- Garnish: Lemon Wheel
Shake 1 oz of Empress Gin, lemon juice, and honey on ice. Strain into a glass on fresh ice. Add the fever tree sparkling grapefruit water and layer the remaining Empress gin on top. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Glassware: Coupe glass or large wine glass
Honey Simple Syrup: Add 1 cup honey and 1 cup water to a pot over low heat, stir until combined. Let cool and pour into a container. Keep refrigerated or on the counter at room temp.
