A note from the winemaker: Croatina is a grape variety that traditionally characterizes the hilly areas. He loves the limestone-clay soils, and for that here ideal environment for cultivation. The resulting wine, the Colline Novaresi doc Croatina, is pleasantly cool and rather light. It does not require aging and is ideal for daily use, but be careful to product quality. Its color is red with numerous shades that darken from red to dark ruby red, and its aroma is pleasantly fruity.
