A note from the brewery: Hazy, straw-colored German-style lager that’s crushable with refreshing floral notes and a clean, dry finish. Zwickelbier refers to the unfiltered beer taken right from the sample port (called a zwickel) of the tank. It’s less refined than other German lagers, but every bit as delicious.
