Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add Arborio rice and 4 cups of chicken stock to dutch oven. Once stirred, cover, and put in the oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir in white wine, remaining 1 cup of chicken stock, butter, parmesan, and spices. Stir and watch it thicken!
Plate, and top with protein or vegetables of your choice. Enjoy!
