Easy Dutch Oven Risotto

Servings 4 people

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cup Arborio Rice
  • 5 Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine
  • 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add Arborio rice and 4 cups of chicken stock to dutch oven. Once stirred, cover, and put in the oven for 45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and stir in white wine, remaining 1 cup of chicken stock, butter, parmesan, and spices. Stir and watch it thicken!
  • Plate, and top with protein or vegetables of your choice. Enjoy!
