Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add cherry tomatoes, cheese, and garlic into a casserole dish. Top with generous drizzle of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and add thyme, salt, and pepper. Once everything is in the dish, give it a little shake and pop into the oven for 45 minutes.
Bring a pot of water to boil on the stove and cook pasta.
Once the casserole dish is out of the oven, use a wooden spoon to break apart the tomatoes and mix together.
Add into pot with pasta, mix, and serve!
