Valentine’s Day Cocktail: The Sweetheart Fizz

Sweetheart Fizz

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Gin Lane Victoria Pink
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Sweetheart Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Anno Domini Prosecco
  • 1 cup Sweetheart Candy

Instructions
 

  • Crush up some of your favorite sweethearts, rim your glass with lemon juice, and roll into the candy to create a festive rim.
  • Add all ingredients (except for prosecco) into cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into glass and top with prosecco. Enjoy!
  • To make sweetheart simple syrup: add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water into saucepan and bring to a boil. Once sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup of candy sweethearts. Allow to cool, strain out candy, and store in glass jar.
