Tülay’s Artichoke & White Bean Salad
- 3 cups 3 cups sautéed artichoke
- 2 cups white beans
- 1/2 cup chopped scallion and parsley
- 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed juice
- olive oil, salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Add all ingredients in a salad bowl and mix in lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper. You are welcome to add shaved parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
