Sticky Baby Back Ribs

Enjoy these delicious sticky baby back ribs, smothered in spices and barbecue sauce. Enjoy with a crisp cold beer or a juicy red wine blend.
Cook Time 2 hours 15 minutes
Servings 4 people

Ingredients
  

For The Ribs

  • 4 lbs baby back pork ribs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cracker pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For The Sauce

  • 2 cups sweet baby rays barbecue sauce
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place the ribs on a baking sheet or tray lined with foil
  • Combine together garlic powder, onion power, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle seasoning over ribs and drizzle with oil. Rub the seasoning all over the ribs on both sides
  • Mix together the sauce ingredients and coat ribs, on both sides. Cover ribs with foil and bake for 2 hours
  • Remove ribs from the oven, remove foil and spread the tops of the ribs with more of the barbecue sauce mixture
  • Start the grill on medium-to-high heat to lightly char the ribs (about 2-3 minutes)
  • Rest for 10 minutes to allow the juices to recirculate back into the meat before slicing
