Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 ounce Plantation Rum 5 Year
  • 1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • Lurisia Sparkling Water
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Lime, cut in wedges for garnish
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Put 4 mint leaves and 1 lime wedge in a cocktail shaker and muddle them together.
  • Add the lime juice, simple syrup, rum, and ice into the cocktail shaker and stir well.
  • Pour into a rocks glass and and top with sparkling water. Add a lime wedge and mint leaves to garnish.
