Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounce Plantation Rum 5 Year; 1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice; Lurisia Sparkling Water; 8 Mint Leaves; 1 Lime, cut in wedges for garnish; 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

Mint & Rum Breeze Cocktail

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounce Plantation Rum 5 Year
1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
Lurisia Sparkling Water
8 Mint Leaves
1 Lime, cut in wedges for garnish
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

Instructions

Put 4 mint leaves and 1 lime wedge in a cocktail shaker and muddle them together.
Add the lime juice, simple syrup, rum, and ice into the cocktail shaker and stir well.
Pour into a rocks glass and and top with sparkling water. Add a lime wedge and mint leaves to garnish.
