Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
  • 1 oz Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • Pineapple Slice (garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Shake all ingredients except gin with ice. Strain into a collins glass with crushed ice, layer gin on top. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
