The Irish Maid

This is a light and refreshing drink to enjoy on St. Patrick's Day. Made with freshly squeezed lemon, cucumber and the ever so tasty St. Germain. Pinkies up and enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices cucumbers
  • 2 oz Hinch Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liquor
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed

Instructions
 

  • Muddle Cucumber slices in a shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients to the shaker, shake vigorously. (You can also use fresh lemon juice)
  • Strain into a cocktail glass over ice. Garnish with cucumber slices.
