  • 3/4 oz honey
  • 1 lemon peel (garnish)
  • 1 cinnamon stick + whole star anise (garnish_
  • boiling water (as needed)

Instructions
 

  • Add honey and base spirit to heat-proof mug/glass and top with boiling water. Stir until the honey is dissolved. Garnish with cinnamon stick, star anise, and lemon peel. Let come to a cool before sipping.
