Winter White Cosmo
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin or Vodka
- 2 oz White Cranberry Juice
- 3/4 oz Cointreau
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- Sugared Cranberries (garnish)
- Rosemary Sprig (garnish)
Instructions
- Optional: light a sprig of rosemary on fire and trap the smoke in a glass to season.
- Add gin (or vodka), cointreau, lime juice, and white cranberry juice into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with rosemary spring and cranberries.
- To sugar cranberries: toss cranberries in lime juice, sprinkle with sugar, toss again and freeze until use.

Mezcal Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Mezcal
- 1/2 oz Crème de Cacao
- 2-3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
- Hot Chocolate
- Whipped Cream (garnish)
- Cinnamon (garnish)
- Mini Marshmallows (garnish)
- Cupcake Cups (to make garnish)
Instructions
- Ahead of time: freeze whip cream and marshmallows in a cupcake cups.
- In a mug, add the bitters, Mezcal and crème de cacao. Then add your hot chocolate and top with your frozen whip cream and sprinkle cinnamon on top for garnish!
