Thanksgiving Margarita

A little tart, a little spicy, and a little sweet. This margarita packs a punch full of fall flavors.

Servings 1 cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Lalo tequila
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz Apple Cider (we used Jaswell’s local apple cider)
  • 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Mike's Hot Honey
  • Apple Slice, for garnish
  • Rosemary springs, for garnish
  • Brown sugar, for rim
  • Margarita salt, for rim

Instructions
 

  • First rim your glass with the brown sugar and salt mixture on one side of the glass. In a cocktail shaker, add the tequila, Cointreau, apple cider, lime juice and honey with ice. Then, pour ingredients into cocktail glass over ice and garnish. Cheers!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Hakutsuru plum wine
  • 1 oz Maraschino cherry syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1-2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 4 oz Dry Prosecco
  • 1 Sugared plum or lemon slice, garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rim glass with sugar (optional). Fill glass with fresh ice and let sit. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into your prepared glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish accordingly and enjoy!
