
Thanksgiving Margarita
Ingredients
- 2 oz Lalo tequila
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Apple Cider (we used Jaswell’s local apple cider)
- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Mike's Hot Honey
- Apple Slice, for garnish
- Rosemary springs, for garnish
- Brown sugar, for rim
- Margarita salt, for rim
Instructions
- First rim your glass with the brown sugar and salt mixture on one side of the glass. In a cocktail shaker, add the tequila, Cointreau, apple cider, lime juice and honey with ice. Then, pour ingredients into cocktail glass over ice and garnish. Cheers!

Plum Spritz
Ingredients
- 2 oz Hakutsuru plum wine
- 1 oz Maraschino cherry syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice
- 1-2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 4 oz Dry Prosecco
- 1 Sugared plum or lemon slice, garnish
Instructions
- Rim glass with sugar (optional). Fill glass with fresh ice and let sit. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into your prepared glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish accordingly and enjoy!
