Ingredients: 8 oz juice (we used blood orange); 2 oz base spirit (we used RI Red vodka from Rhodium); fruit slices (optional); 4-5 oz prosecco or sparkling wine

End of Summer Spritz

Ingredients

8 oz juice (we used blood orange)
2 oz base spirit (we used RI Red vodka from Rhodium)
fruit slices (optional)
4-5 oz prosecco or sparkling wine

Instructions

Put fruit into popsicle mold (optional).
Combine juice and base spirit. Pour evenly into popsicle molds and insert sticks. Freeze overnight.
Put popsicle in glass and top with 4-5 oz. sparkling wine. Cheers!
