End of Summer Spritz – Popsicle Cocktail

End of Summer Spritz

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz juice (we used blood orange)
  • 2 oz base spirit (we used RI Red vodka from Rhodium)
  • fruit slices (optional)
  • 4-5 oz prosecco or sparkling wine

Instructions
 

  • Put fruit into popsicle mold (optional).
  • Combine juice and base spirit. Pour evenly into popsicle molds and insert sticks. Freeze overnight.
  • Put popsicle in glass and top with 4-5 oz. sparkling wine. Cheers!
