Easy Dutch Oven Risotto
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Arborio Rice
- 5 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Cup White Wine
- 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add Arborio rice and 4 cups of chicken stock to dutch oven. Once stirred, cover, and put in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and stir in white wine, remaining 1 cup of chicken stock, butter, parmesan, and spices. Stir and watch it thicken!
- Plate, and top with protein or vegetables of your choice. Enjoy!
