This layered cocktail is easy to make, and sure to stand out at your celebrations! Just grab four ingredients and a spoon, and you’ll be on your way to serving these delicious drinks in just five minutes.

Patriotic Layered Lemonade

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz grenadine
  • 2-3 oz lemonade or lemon tonic water
  • 1.5 oz vodka (or blanco tequila)
  • 1 oz blue curaçao

Instructions
 

  • Add grenadine to empty glass.
  • Fill glass with ice. Shake vodka and lemonade (or tonic) in a cocktail shaker and slowly pour over a spoon to layer over grenadine.
  • Slowly pour blue curaçao over a spoon to achieve the layered effect. Garnish with a cherry and enjoy!
  • Notes: The slower you pour, the better! If the blue curaçao falls to the bottom, continue to pour slowly, and then top with more of your vodka/lemonade mixture on the top. Drink right away!
