Blueberry-Mint Cocktail

Blueberry, Mint, Lemonade Cocktail

A refreshing cocktail using all fresh ingredients, including blueberries, mint, freshly squeezed lemons, and vodka. A crowd pleaser!
Servings 2

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 large lemons
  • 2 ounces Bully Boy Vodka
  • 2 tbsp Master of Mixes Simple Syrup
  • 2 mint leaves, garnish
  • 5 blueberries, garnish

Instructions
 

  • Start by making your simple syrup, add equal parts of sugar and water to a small pot on the store. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and whisk constantly until the sugar dissolves. Set aside and cool. *You can also buy store bought simple syrup*
  • Juice the lemons. Muddle the blueberries and mint in the lemon juice, in a shaker.
  • Add the vodka, 2 tablespoons simple syrup and add ice to the mixture. Shake until combined. Serve over ice and garnish with the blueberries and mint.
