Blood Orange Gin Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 oz Gin (we love using Gin Lane's London Dry)
  • 1 splash Ginger Beer

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (except ginger beer) into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until chilled. Strain over fresh ice and top with ginger beer.
