  • Add the Bourbon, Amaro and Bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and stir until cold. Place a large ice cube into a rocks glass. Strain the drink over the ice. Garnish with the cherries and orange peel if desired and add in the cherry juice if you want added sweetness.
