A Twist on a Classic: Bourbon Espresso Martini

Bourbon Espresso Martini

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz bourbon
  • 1 1/2 oz cold-brew coffee or chilled espresso
  • 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
  • 2-3 dashes bitters

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake, shake, shake! Strain into a coupe glass or rocks glass with fresh ice. Enjoy!
  • BONUS – how to make coffee liqueur at home! Add 4 oz. freshly brewed coffee (chilled), 2 oz. vodka, 1 oz. heavy cream, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 2 drops of vanilla extract into an air-tight container and shake vigorously to emulsify. Let sit in fridge for minimum 12 hours and enjoy!
