A note from the winery: For this Terracotta cuvée, Christos’ organic Limniona grapes are fermented in amphorae, on their skins, for 18 months by indigenous yeasts. The same high-toned fruit notes are present, but with rounded, ripe tannins and a lush texture that only amphora aging can impart. An earthy style red with dark fruit notes and minerality.

Food Pairings: Grilled lamb kabobs, feta cheese + meats, or gyro sandwiches.
