From the Winery: For this Terracotta cuvée, Christos’ organic Limniona grapes are fermented in amphorae, on their skins, for 18 months. The same high-toned fruit notes are present, but with rounded, ripe tannins and a lush texture that only amphora aging can impart. An earthy style red with dark fruit notes and minerality.
