A note from the importer: Dark garnet. The Shiraz really explodes on the nose with a floral perfume and spice and juicy red and black fruits. The palate is medium-bodied and quite charming. Slight herbal notes enter the fray with the fruit turning more blackberry and with blueberry notes, but with red licorice and grainy, fine tannins. The Touriga certainly shows itself producing really great depth of flavor and structure.
