A note from the winemaker: “Lamebi” vineyard, right bank Alazani river, 1,850 ft above sea level on level ground. This premium wine is green harvested. Small unripe grapes are removed by hand – sacrificed to allow the vine to put all its energy into developing superior grapes with complex character. Hand-harvested; classic European fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This Georgian classic white wine has tropical aromas and citrus notes. It has a very soft and fresh taste.

Food Pairings: Roasted lamb, chicken based stews, or traditional Georgian cuisine.
