A gorgeous and light white wine. Dry, with flavors of soft citrus, meadow flowers, and a hint of minerality. The perfect summer sipper!

A note from the winemaker: White wine produced only with Fiano grapes coming from 4 different vineyards located in 4 different towns of the province of Avellino: Candida, Montefredane, Lapio and San Michele di Serino. The grapes are harvested by hand and carried to the cellar in small boxes to avoid crushing them. Wine making and aging on fine lees lasts 4 months and takes place in stainless steel tanks.

Food Pairings: Anything, but would be divine with charcuterie boards, roasted shellfish, citrus salads or frittata.
