CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE, RHONE, FRANCE

Made from Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Roussane and Bourboulenc 45 years old. The grapes are hand-picked always and the wine is fermented in barriques and then aged on its lees in barriques and in bottle for a year. Classic white CDP with floral than fruity aromas, bringing forth balance and freshness. It will age nicely for 5-7 years and up to 10. The Brunier family has been here in the region for years.

Food Pairings: Chicken soups and stews, roasted duck and hearty fish like salmon and swordfish.
