OH MAN this dry, French wine is a hard to get grape – Mondeuse. Beautiful, lush and so interesting – full of red fruits, medium body and vibrant acidity. Manual harvested and fermented in temperature-
stainless steel. It is then aged in tank for 6 to 8 months.
