A note from the winemaker: Chat Fou is intended as a fresh, light “vin bistro” and to that end Cinsault has been introduced to the blend and the amount of Grenache. Not only does the Cinsault add to the charm and prettiness of the wine, it is a much more sustainable, successful variety than Grenache in the face of sky-rocketing temperatures in the Rhône. Light-bodied wine with red fruit aromas typical of of Grenache.
Blend: 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 20% Clairette/Viognier/Chasselas blend
